1. License and Digital Products

Upon purchasing any digital product, course, or prompt library from Digital Shift AI, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not grant you the right to claim authorship of the underlying frameworks, nor does it transfer any intellectual property rights to you. The materials provided are intended to accelerate your own e-commerce operations and marketing efforts.

2. Prohibited Uses

To protect the integrity of our products and the investment of our customers, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the digital products, prompts, or frameworks.
• Repackaging our content as your own digital product, course, or agency offering.
• Sharing access credentials or download links with unauthorized third parties.
• Using the provided AI frameworks to generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind every digital product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no awkward questions, no hoops to jump through. Simply email our support team at support@digitalshiftai.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund every cent.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we ask that you have genuinely given the framework a fair try before requesting a refund. Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact our support team at support@digitalshiftai.com, and we will ensure you receive the materials you paid for.

4. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer

The strategies, prompts, and frameworks provided by Digital Shift AI are for educational and operational purposes. While our methodologies are designed to optimize e-commerce performance, we do not guarantee specific financial results, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

Artificial Intelligence platforms (such as OpenAI, Midjourney, etc.) frequently update their models, which may alter the output of specific prompts. Digital Shift AI is not responsible for changes in third-party AI behavior, nor are we liable for any business losses, account suspensions, or damages resulting from the application of our materials.

You agree to use these tools at your own risk and assume full responsibility for the content you publish and the business decisions you make.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ontario, Canada.
